Kayla graduated in the top of her class from the University of Alabama and went on to earn a full scholarship to Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, she secured a coveted judicial clerkship with the Honorable Jim Hughey, III, which remains one of her most prized accomplishments.
