A graduate of the University of Alabama, where she finished at the top of her class, Kayla earned a full scholarship to Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. After law school, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jim Hughey, III — an experience that sharpened her legal analysis and deepened her understanding of how courts interpret estate documents when families need clarity most.

She has been featured on local radio and television programs and has hosted dozens of seminars and workshops designed to make complex planning strategies understandable and actionable.
